Healty weight

Today it is a rather consolidated issue that of considering a person's weight as something that must be harnessed and codified and referred to tables with weights and measures that define the person's health. On the one hand, this can be shared if some variables such as the bone structure and physiognomy of the individual are not taken into consideration. To this must be added other variables such as the type of work the person does, their lifestyle, their metabolism (i.e. the speed with which food is converted into energy), stress, pollution and so on.…
It is completely clear that a person's weight cannot be confined to a table, so the weight (unless it has to satisfy specific needs related to a job) represents only a parameter that must be constantly kept under control, but it is not the representative parameter of the person's state of health.
This also means that we must not be influenced by the models that are often proposed to us either by films or television programs or by trade magazines which often only make those who see or read feel envious and who in front of the mirror, perhaps naked, he feels a sense of unease because he thinks he doesn't look enough like the beauty model we mentioned. It is not said that beauty must necessarily correspond to health, so everyone has their own weight, without it necessarily having to correspond to the best existential conditions for others: what matters is the weight suited to our personal existential functions.
